: How to calculate service charge?

Subject to the complexity of the language concerned, we will
generally charge on the basis of number of words involved.
However, higher rate will be charged if the work involves
professional knowledge or has to be completed within short
period of time. We will confirm you of
our charge in writing in each occasion. |

: Is there any minimum charge?

Yes, irrespective of the number of words to be involved, the minimum
charge for translation work is HK$200, and HK$300 for
business writing. |

: How can I minimize the cost if I require frequent or large scale business
writing or translation works?

We can provide you with tailor-made monthly service package that can
enjoys the most favorable charge rate. Please contact our
sales representatives for details.

: Will the calculation of pre-payment differ subject to
the amount of service charge?

Yes, there are two scenarios:
(i) For those works charged at or under HK$2,000,
customer has to pay in full the service charge upon
confirming order with us in writing.
(ii) For those works charged over HK$2,000, customer will
only be required to pre-pay fifty (50) percent of the
total service charge upon confirming order with us in
writing. The outstanding fifty (50) percent of the service
charge shall be paid upon final completion of the work. |

: Is there any discount available?

Irrespective of the amount of service charge (except minimum charge),
customers can enjoy a five (5) percent discount if
he/she/it pays in full upon confirming an order in writing
with us.

: How shall I pay?

You may deposit the required service fee directly to our bank account
at The Bank of East Asia, Hong Kong (Account Number :
015-140-40-03564-2). Please fax to us copy of your deposit
form subsequently. Alternatively, you may send your cheque
made payable to “Wordpartners Language Consultant
Limited” to us
for handling. Upon confirming your payment, we will issue
to you an official receipt for your record.

: How can the confidentiality of customer’s work
be protected?

To keep strict confidence of customers’ commercial secrets is one
of our committed pledges. To safeguard customers’
interest in this respect, we will guarantee in writing to our valued customers of not allowing any
unrelated parties to have access to such data /
information.

: How can I receive the completed works?
|

Customers can receive both the hard copy and softcopy of the works.
For Hong Kong customers, they will usually receive the
hard copy at their business addresses. Overseas customers
may choose to receive hard copy either by post or by fax.
For all customers, they will in the first place receive
their respective soft copies at their designated email
addresses.
